Vanron Ngoun is a dedicated nurse from Wellington Hospital, originally from Cambodia, who survived the Cambodian genocide before relocating to New Zealand. After arriving seven years ago, he committed himself to his education, completing four years of nursing training without missing a single class. Known for his kindness and contributions to mental health care, Ngoun has made a significant impact on the lives of his patients and colleagues. He is also remembered for his love of baking cakes for friends. Recently, he was reported missing while traveling in Europe, causing distress among his friends and colleagues who are working with authorities to locate him.
