Vasile Fulga

Vasile Fulga is a resident of Chișinău who has become a vocal advocate for the victims of the 'Intercapital' financial pyramid scheme, which defrauded many individuals of approximately five million dollars in the late 1990s. Following a recent ruling by the European Court of Human Rights (CtEDO) in favor of the claimants, Fulga has highlighted the lack of information provided to the victims regarding the process of claiming their awarded compensation, resulting in many not being able to collect their funds.
