Vaxobjon Muminov was a traffic police inspector in Namangan, Uzbekistan, who tragically lost his life while performing his duties on November 21, 2025. He was fatally struck by a driver, Islomjon Bahodirov, who attempted to flee from a traffic stop. In recognition of his bravery and sacrifice, Muminov was posthumously awarded the 'Jasorat' medal by President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
