Velibor Milošević

Velibor Milošević is a former vice governor of the Central Bank of Montenegro. He has been in the news recently for refusing to become a cooperating witness in a court case against Duško Knežević, the owner of the Atlas Group, despite alleged pressures from the former chief special prosecutor Milivoje Katnić. Milošević has asserted his innocence, claiming that evidence supports his actions as vice governor, which included initiating regulatory controls on Atlas Bank, rather than participation in any criminal organization.
