Venceslau Brás

Venceslau Brás (1868-1966) was the president of Brazil from 1914 to 1918, a period marked by the challenges of World War I, economic turmoil, and social unrest. His administration dealt with the first general strike in Brazil and the impacts of the Spanish flu, which compounded existing political and economic difficulties.
