Ventura Rosario

Ventura Rosario, a 59-year-old man, was recently arrested by the National Police in the Dominican Republic for allegedly murdering his partner, Rosa Delia Ruiz Báez, during an incident fueled by domestic issues. Following the crime, which involved the use of an illegal firearm belonging to the victim, Rosario attempted to dispose of the weapon by throwing it into the Ozama River. Witnesses reported his attempt to flee the scene, but he was later apprehended by police.
