Vera Pakt Berdikau

Vera Pakt Berdikau is the Director of Governance and Tripartism at the International Labour Organization (ILO), where she focuses on promoting effective governance structures and social dialogue in labor relations. Her work involves engaging with member states to enhance labor standards and ensure fair working conditions globally. Recently, she was in the news for meeting with Mauritania's Minister of Public Service and Labor, Mohamed Ould Asweit, to discuss technical support for the country's national decent work program.
