Veronica Amanya

Veronica Amanya is a 20-year-old woman who recently testified in a Mombasa court regarding the tragic loss of her six siblings to starvation in the Shakahola Forest. She provided critical DNA samples that helped identify three of her deceased siblings, and she shared her harrowing experience of being pressured by her mother to fast under the influence of Pastor Paul Makenzi's church.
