Veronica Commey

Sports journalist Veronica Commey has been appointed as the Deputy Director General of the National Sports Authority (NSA) in Ghana, transitioning from a successful media career to sports administration. Her extensive background includes serving as Chief Sports Journalist at the Ghana News Agency and freelancing for global sports organizations. She also held the position of Head of Corporate Affairs at the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communications and was the Media Officer for Team Ghana during the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in 2018. Commey's appointment is expected to enhance communication and stakeholder engagement within the NSA.
