Verónica Lisseth González Penado is a lawyer and current member of the Council of the Judiciary (CNJ) in El Salvador. She was recently in the news due to her selection as a candidate for the CNJ despite having been previously sanctioned by the Supreme Court of Justice for not complying with notarial obligations.
