Verónica Parra

Verónica Parra is a community activist and a member of the Asociación Vecinal Independiente de Butarque, advocating for local library services in the Butarque neighborhood of Madrid. She has been vocal about the community's long-standing demand for a municipal library, which has faced significant delays and changes in project scope since its initial approval in 2019.
