Verónica Yuquilema

Verónica Yuquilema is the president of the Fundación Regional de Asesoría en Derechos Humanos (Inredh), an organization focused on human rights advocacy in Ecuador. Recently, she has been involved in advocating for the rights of twelve indigenous individuals detained during protests, emphasizing the lack of due process and the arbitrary nature of their incarceration.
