Veselin Vesko Vukotić

Veselin Vesko Vukotić was a known figure in organized crime in Montenegro, and he was the father of Jovan Vukotić, the leader of the Škaljari clan. He was killed in Kotor on April 20, 2019, during a violent power struggle between rival criminal organizations. His death marked a significant escalation in the ongoing gang wars in the region, which have been characterized by a series of retaliatory killings and violent confrontations between the Škaljari and Kavač clans.
