Vhon Michael Tobes

Vhon Michael Tobes is a 22-year-old climate activist from Samar, Philippines, who is deeply affected by the increasing severity of typhoons in his region. Just before attending the Cop30 summit in Brazil, he experienced the devastating impact of Typhoon Kalmaegi, which destroyed much of his home and belongings, highlighting the urgent need for climate action.
