Vianca Dayani Meza Díaz

Vianca Dayani Meza Díaz was a vibrant seven-year-old girl from El Progreso, Yoro, known for her cheerful personality and dedication to her studies. She was a third-grade student at the Jorge Fidel Durón educational center, where she was well-liked by her peers and teachers. Her life was tragically cut short when she became a victim of a targeted armed attack on March 12 while traveling with her father, who was the intended target. Despite efforts to save her, Vianca succumbed to her injuries, prompting an outpouring of grief from her family and community, who are now seeking justice for her untimely death.
