Vicente José Mompó

Vicente José Mompó is the President of the Diputación de Valencia, a position he holds within the regional government structure. He was present at the Centro de Coordinación de Emergencias (Cecopi) shortly after the emergency alert was issued, arriving at 17:45 on the day of the flooding that resulted in significant loss of life.
