Vicente Mario Bataglia Araujo

Vicente Mario Bataglia Araujo is a former president of the Council of Administration of the Instituto de Previsión Social (IPS) in Paraguay. He has recently made headlines for filing an action of unconstitutionality against a ruling from the Tribunal de Apelación that ordered the continuation of an investigation into alleged financial irregularities during his tenure at the IPS, which involves a significant amount of funds reportedly misappropriated.
