Vicky Boodram
Vicky Boodram is a former travel agent from Trinidad and Tobago who gained notoriety for her involvement in a fraud case where she was accused of defrauding clients of over $1 million for a cruise that never took place. Recently, she was freed of more than 100 fraud charges after a court hearing revealed that the prosecution had missed deadlines for filing evidence against her. Despite her release from these charges, she remains in custody due to other legal issues stemming from a prior escape from prison.
