Victor Artamanciuc

Victor Artamanciuc is the mayor of Ocnița, Moldova, who became embroiled in a corruption scandal involving an alleged bribery attempt by Pavel Gîrleanu, the husband of Deputy Irina Lozovan. Gîrleanu was accused of attempting to bribe Artamanciuc with $30,000 to persuade him to leave the Party of Socialists and join another political faction.
