Víctor Cruz Russek

Víctor Cruz Russek was a prominent Mexican businessman and the husband of María Eugenia Campos Galván, the governor of Chihuahua. A graduate in Public Accounting from the Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua, he made significant contributions to the automotive and livestock sectors as the president of Grupo CR3. His leadership and commitment to economic development in Chihuahua were evident through his roles in various financial and educational institutions, including the Asociación Mexicana de Distribuidores de Automotores and Bancomer. Recently, he passed away after a battle with cancer, prompting condolences from the state government and the community.
