Victor Kislyi is a Belarusian entrepreneur and the founder of Wargaming, a prominent video game developer and publisher known for its popular titles such as World of Tanks and World of Warships. Founded in 1998, Wargaming has grown into a global company with offices around the world, including studios in cities like Kyiv, Prague, and Chicago. Under Kislyi's leadership, Wargaming has been recognized for its innovative approach to online gaming and community engagement. However, in 2022, in response to the geopolitical situation surrounding the conflict in Ukraine, Wargaming announced its withdrawal from the Russian and Belarusian markets, resulting in the transfer of its Russian operations to a local studio, Lesta Games.
