Víctor Leonardo Leal Carreño

Víctor Leonardo Leal Carreño is a lieutenant colonel with the Police Fiscal and Customs (Polfa) in Colombia, recently appointed as the head of the Operational Control Division at the Port of Buenaventura. He was implicated in a bribery scandal involving the criminal organization led by Diego Marín Buitrago, alias 'Papá Pitufo', and is also reported to have accepted a bribe during an undercover operation aimed at infiltrating the network.
