Víctor Maytland was an influential Argentine filmmaker and director, recognized as a pioneer in the production of adult films in Argentina. He is best known for directing the first Argentine pornographic film made specifically for television, 'Secuestro Exxxpress,' which premiered in 2003. Maytland's unique approach to filmmaking combined low budgets with outrageous plots, earning him the title of the 'king' of local adult cinema before his passing in 2022.
