Victor Miller Ferreira

Victor Miller Ferreira, a supposed Brazilian with a degree from Johns Hopkins University, was revealed to be Russian operative Sergei Cherkasov, who attempted to infiltrate the International Criminal Court in the Netherlands during its investigations into Russian war crimes in Ukraine.
