Victor Nohachevskyi

Victor Nohachevskyi is a judge at the High Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine, known for his involvement in significant legal proceedings related to corruption cases in the country. Recently, he gained attention for presiding over the case of former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko, where he partially granted a complaint regarding Galushchenko's detention, while also deciding that Galushchenko would remain in custody until further measures could be established.
