Victorine Pinas is a bio-organic and radio-pharmaceutical scientist who recently founded the Claudetta Toney University of Suriname for Chemistry, Engineering and Research (CT-Uscer). With a vision to provide academic education at a level comparable to the Anton de Kom University, she aims to create opportunities for individuals who have not completed their secondary education, helping them discover and develop their true potential in fields such as chemistry and engineering.
