Vielka Párraga Macías

Vielka Párraga Macías is a former member of the Council for Citizen Participation and Social Control (CPCCS) in Ecuador, who was recently in the news for successfully appealing a political sanction that would have suspended her rights for four years. Following a recent modification in electoral law, she, along with other ex-councilors, will have her political rights reinstated in February 2026.
