Vijay Thanigasalam

Vijay Thanigasalam is a Canadian politician of Sri Lankan origin, serving as a Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Scarborough since his election in 2018. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario, he has been an advocate for inclusive communities and public service. In response to the recent racist attack on fellow politician Hardeep Grewal, Thanigasalam expressed deep sadness and anger, reinforcing his commitment to combat hate and promote kindness within society.
