Viktor Kovshenvy

Viktor Kovshenvy is the head of the industry association 'Ruslom.com', which represents interests in the scrap metal sector in Russia. He has been actively involved in advocating for measures to support the industry, particularly in light of declining domestic demand for scrap metal. Recently, he appealed to the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade to propose new railway corridors for exporting scrap metal to Mongolia and Uzbekistan, as part of efforts to balance internal supply and export opportunities.
