Viktor Miler Fereira

Viktor Miler Fereira is the alias used by Sergej Vladimirovič Čerkasov, a Russian national identified by Dutch intelligence as a spy for the Russian military intelligence agency, GRU. He was arrested in Brazil after attempting to infiltrate the International Criminal Court in The Hague under a false Brazilian identity, and is currently serving a five-year prison sentence for using forged documents.
