Viktor Vodolatskiy

Viktor Vodolatskiy is a Russian politician and member of the State Duma, known for his role in overseeing military-patriotic education initiatives in occupied territories of Ukraine. He is the head of the supervisory board of the 'Warrior' center, established under the directive of President Vladimir Putin, and has been involved in promoting the militarization of Ukrainian youth.
