Viktor Yelenski

Viktor Yelenski is the head of the State Service for Ethnic Policies and Freedom of Conscience in Ukraine, known for his role in shaping policies affecting national minorities, including the Romanian community in Ukraine. Recently, he has been in the news for refusing to register the Romanian Orthodox Church in Ukraine, which has raised concerns about religious freedoms and the treatment of ethnic Romanians in the country.
