Viktoriya Shegay
Viktoriya Shegay is a prominent Kazakh politician who was appointed as the Vice Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population in June 2025. Born in 1981 in Shymkent, she has an impressive educational background, having graduated from several institutions, including the International Kazakh-Turkish University and the Kazakh National Research Technical University. Prior to her current role, she served as the director of the Department of Social Security and Social Insurance in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, where she was involved in shaping policies aimed at improving welfare and labor conditions in Kazakhstan.
