
Vilijam Voker
Vilijam Voker is a former United States diplomat and the head of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) mission in Kosovo during the late 1990s. He is best known for his role in bringing attention to the humanitarian crisis in Kosovo, particularly after the Račak incident in January 1999, which was a significant catalyst for NATO's military intervention in the region.
