Vilnis Mellums

Vilnis Mellums is a dedicated music educator at the Karosta Music School in Liepāja, Latvia, known for his work with young students and their patriotic education. Recently, he was surprised to receive the title of 'Liepāja Citizen of the Year 2024' during the city's 400th anniversary celebrations, recognizing his 26 years of service in the Latvian army and his commitment to fostering community spirit through music.
