Vimaladharmasuriya

Vimaladharmasuriya was a king of Kandy in the 16th century, recognized for his efforts to restore and promote Buddhism in Sri Lanka after periods of foreign rule. He played a key role in the protection and veneration of the Sacred Tooth Relic.
