Vincent Biruta

Vincent Biruta is the current Minister of Interior and National Security of Rwanda, serving in the government led by President Paul Kagame. He has held various ministerial positions over the years, including Minister of Natural Resources and Minister of Education, showcasing his extensive experience in governance and public service. Biruta is known for his role in promoting Rwanda's national security and interior policies, and he represents Rwanda in regional affairs. He attended the State Funeral of former Kenyan Prime Minister Raila Odinga, where he expressed Rwanda's solidarity with Kenya during this time of mourning.
