Vincent Korir

Vincent Korir is a school driver who has been embroiled in a lengthy legal battle after being convicted in 2020 for defiling a six-year-old girl. Initially sentenced to 25 years in prison, Korir appealed the conviction, claiming that the evidence against him was insufficient and that the sentencing was overly harsh. However, after multiple appeals, the Court of Appeal recently dismissed his case and upgraded his sentence to life imprisonment, affirming the serious nature of his crime and the validity of the original conviction.
