Vincent Meaney

Vincent Meaney, 48, from Greystones, Co Wicklow, was charged with failing to comply with Garda direction and was involved in an incident at a restaurant in Saggart village. He appeared in court wearing a shirt supporting environmental causes and was remanded on bail with conditions to stay away from certain areas.
