
Vinicio Cerezo
Vinicio Cerezo is a Guatemalan politician and lawyer who served as the President of Guatemala from 1986 to 1990. He was the first democratically elected president following a long period of military rule and has been influential in Central American politics. After his presidency, Cerezo held the position of Secretary General of the Central American Integration System (SICA) from 2017 to 2021.
