Vinicio Valdez is the subcommissioner of the Comisión Nacional de Deportes, Educación Física y Recreación (Condepor) in Honduras. He has recently been in the news for announcing plans to repaint the newly installed seats in the Sombra Centro section of the Estadio Nacional Chelato Uclés, aiming to give the stadium a new look that reflects the colors of the Honduran flag.
