Violeta Sîrcu

Violeta Sîrcu is a resident of a residential block constructed by SRL 'Vasigur Construct' in Chișinău. She has been vocal about the frustrations of apartment owners regarding the delays in officially moving into their completed residences. Sîrcu has raised concerns regarding potential irregularities in the construction, claiming that despite the building being finished in 2021, it has not been officially put into operation due to discrepancies between the project and the actual construction.
