Virve
Virve is the grandmother of Hans Väre, who survived deportation to Siberia during the Soviet occupation of Estonia by being away from home at university in Tartu. Her experiences during this tumultuous period influenced her strong beliefs against violence, instilling in her a moral lesson to never point a toy gun or even a stick at another person, as she emphasized, 'People should not be aimed at!'
