Vishok Persaud is the CEO and Founder of ENetworks (ENet), a telecommunications company in Guyana. He is known for his pivotal role in expanding digital connectivity across the country, particularly through the recent commissioning of the first direct submarine fibre-optic cable to Bartica. This significant project involved overcoming substantial logistical challenges to provide high-speed internet access and mobile connectivity to the hinterland town, thereby enhancing its integration with Georgetown's digital infrastructure.
