Vitalii Sarantsev

Vitalii Sarantsev is the head of the communications department of the Ukrainian Ground Forces Command. He has publicly expressed concerns about the societal perception of military institutions, particularly the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TCC), and has highlighted the need for responsible narratives surrounding military service in light of ongoing conflict.
