Vitaliy Shcherbenko

Vitaliy Shcherbenko is a former official of Naftogaz Ukraine, where he served as the Director of Energy Efficiency and Property Management. He has recently been implicated in a corruption investigation for allegedly abusing his power, leading to financial losses exceeding 26 million UAH for the state-owned enterprise. The allegations state that he signed a lease agreement for a new administrative building in Kyiv before the necessary renovations were completed, resulting in unnecessary expenses for Naftogaz.
