Vitaliy Yeremeyev

Vitaliy Yeremeyev is a legendary former goaltender from Kazakhstan, known for his remarkable career in ice hockey. He began his professional journey in 1991 with Ust-Kamenogorsk's Torpedo and went on to play for prestigious teams such as CSKA Moscow, Dynamo Moscow, and even in the NHL with the Hartford Whalers and New York Rangers. After returning to Kazakhstan, Yeremeyev became a key figure for the Barys Astana, solidifying his status as a local hockey icon. Recently, he made headlines for scoring a goal as a goaltender in the Kontinental Hockey League, a rare achievement that placed him among the elite few in this category.
