Vitaly Potehin
Vitaly Potehin is a Belarusian former military officer known for his involvement in a drone attack on an OMON base in 2021, which led to his conviction in absentia for terrorism with a sentence of 24 years in prison. After fleeing Belarus, he has taken on a leadership role as the new chairman of the BIAŁORUŚ LIBERTY fund, following the mysterious disappearance of his predecessor, Angelika Melnikova, in March 2025.
