Active since the mid-1990s, Serdyuk's teachings blend pseudo-philosophical concepts with promises of personal transformation through costly seminars. His organization has faced scrutiny for exploiting individuals with emotional problems, demanding significant financial contributions while offering dubious spiritual guidance. Prior to his involvement with IVDIVO, Serdyuk reportedly studied ballet and began presenting lectures in 1995, evolving his teachings over the years into a complex and opaque belief system.
