Vitorino Ubisse Oliveira is a Mozambican writer and mathematics teacher, known for his literary works that explore social issues in Mozambique. Born in the city of Beira, he has developed a passion for writing alongside his academic career. His recent collection of short stories, 'Mataram o Nosso Chefe,' was launched in Maputo and delves into themes such as power relations, inequality, and cultural conventions, blending humor with critical insight.
